My Actifit Report Card: mars 15 2019 - first time 12k + auto-massage

For the first time, my activity count shows 12k. I'm really happy about this. I'm really really motivated to keep going in order to improve my health. To reward myself, I make a giant ugly pancake xD. But it is still good tough.

Also, I began auto-massage. It is painful, which means that my body has some muscles that I need to relax. I will include auto-massage in my daily routine.
