Rehearsing fitness dance class, walked to work (about 1 km), 60 minutes fitness dancing, back home, quick change of clothes, walked to my other work place (3,5 km), 60' fitness dancing, 15' muscle toning, 15' stretching, 60' kettlebell class, walked back home (again 3,5 km).
This is how my Thursdays will be for the next 13 weeks unless it's pouring rain and I use the bus for the longer commute. Or if I'm sick I won't go to work at all. Let's hope neither of those happen.
My employers kettlebells. I use only the 10 kg cast iron kettlebell. The other two are way too light (6kg and 4kg) and they are made out of plastic, my guess is vinyl, filled with sand, so I'll just leave those two rattle thingies be. I'm afraid if I drop those, they will brake and the sand will pour out and soon the kettlebells weigh less than what they do now. That's one way to loose weight, though.
Beautiful and warm weather again today. That inspired me walking both commutes.
