Walked to work, 60 minutes fitness dance class, walked back home, quick change of clothes, walked to work (different place), 90 minutes fitness dancing, 60 minutes kettlebell class, walked back home.
I started using an old Samsung Galaxy S3 mini as my Actifit phone. I don't like the fact that I now have three phones and a tablet with me when I go to work; personal phone, business phone from which I also play the music, Actifit phone and a tablet for certain classes where I have to mark all participants to a list in an app. I hate being so dependent of all my tech stuff.
But, I really do want to track my Actifitness (I made a new word...) and I don't want to have my personal phone in my pocket or in my mic belt during the classes because it's just too big. So Samsung Galaxy mini is better for Actifit purposes. Perfect would be the kind of smartphone that would be half the size of Galaxy mini and I could download Actifit to that small thingy thing.
So I'm just waiting for the phones to go small again. :)

That's how my Thursdays are for the fall season. And I assume next year too. At spring. You know, I'm totally sold about all this Actifitness or Actifiting. :) Some day I dedicate a whole blog post for all the different ways to say Actifit.
