Work, work, work.
Did new stuff for classes, walked to work, danced and stretched, used resistance bands, did some body maintenance, stretched again, more and longer, did some grocery shopping, walked home and finally, before going to shower did some lousy pushups for get in shape challenge.
I noticed more flaws in my technique. I Better tuck those elbows closer to my body next time. I wonder if I'm able to push up 6 times in the correct, or more correct position. Or even once. Can't wait to find out. 🤔😧
Silence.
Again made few people sleep in the last class of the day. Almost fell asleep myself too. It's a pretty neat talent to talk myself to the border of almost sleeping when instructing relaxation to others. I started yawning when speaking to people with my relax-now -voice and my eyes became sooooo-o-o heavy. But why, oh why doesn't this work when I really need it? Like in the evening when I'm in bed and incredibly tired, but can't sleep.
The closer you bring elbows to your waist the more you will be working your triceps instead of your chest, so there is no corerct or incoprrect position IMO, you just work different muscle groups. Keep it up! :)

I think it's good to find a middle ground as the triceps pushups are much more harder. For me at least. So I need to strengthen that area in my body too.
And if you believe this video, having elbows too wide is a futile strain to shoulders. To most people.
