It is a type of Exercise that requires more oxygen to enable carry out the Exercise. Examples are swimming, laps, running, or cycling, jogging, stair climbing, rowing etc.
In aerobic exercise the heart beat tends to be faster where by causing increment in blood flow to the muscles and back to the lungs.
Some benefits of Aerobic Exercise includes reducing your risk of a heart attack, type 2 diabetics and stroke.
Other benefits could be:-
1.Ability to reduce weight.
2.Reduce blood pressure
3.Reduce fatigue.
4.Help to prolong life, that means there could be greater chance for you who does Exercise than does who doesn't.
It also strengthens the heart.
Another thing I got to know is that the AMA (American Heart Association) has recommended aerobic exercise for adults for at least five days a week.
Exercise is good, anything at all you do can help keep the body fit, example is something as insignificant as dancing, sweeping, working around the house etc.
