My Actifit Report Card: oktober 13 2018

Had a walk and shoved some weights around today, last time I was sore for four days 😄 must have been quite effective.

Nothing special for the rest. It's still unusually hot though. Can't complain for the heating bill.

Actifit has a separate app for that :) , you don't use partiko to share actifit posts. You can find the app in the stores.
