My Actifit Report Card: June 8 2019steemCreated with Sketch.

Today was a very active day. It started early with a very eager Brownie wanting to go for a long walk.

That got me over 2000 steps before breakfast. Preparing breakfast and cleanup got me to just over 3000 steps. Then it was time to mow the lawn. Finishing the lawn got me to over 8000 steps by lunch. A trip to Walmart and a couple other errands and I was over 10K before dinner.

Another walk after dinner with Brownie and I was over 12K steps, my highest Actifit count yet.

Here's a pick of Brownie in the freshly cut grass looking for a good spot to have a long, leisurely roll.

That pretty much sums up my day's worth of activity.
