About half of today's activity came from my using the treadmill for over 30 minutes. The rest of my activity for the day was from walking with Brownie and to a lesser degree walking around the office at work.

I've been trying to make a conscious effort to get up and wander around more when I'm at the office. Everything I read says that it's extremely important to do so to be healthier not to mention more fit.
