Wednesday Slump (My Actifit Report Card: July 31 2019)

Today was a slow day...
I sometimes struggle to keep my productivity up. Being an entrepreneur has a lot of positives but one big challenge is the fact that it all depends on you. If you have an off day, your company has an off day.
It's added pressure to keep yourself in 6th gear. And therein lies the danger.... You can't possibly stay in 6th gear. It's not human and you shouldn't expect it of yourself.

BUT also you can't allow yourself to slip into 1st gear... Or stand still... That's just not acceptable!
So it's about finding that balance and that's what I'm still learning.

On a lighter note.. I had a random run (and Seven77 pushups) followed by some sushi with some friends!

Also! The 10k streak continues!
