Hey!!!!
Trying to get back into this actifit. I sprained my ankle back in May so haven’t done a lot of activity. I use to love running 5 miles in the morning. I’m just trying to get back and do a triathlon in sept.
Also I’ve been working on some new sewing projects.
I realize I don’t need to get so down if I’m not doing a lot of steps because when I’m not I’m usually sewing and I can share that too on low count days.
