Six months ago I thought I would be a spartan or gladiator for Halloween this year. I was off to a good start. And then I went on summer vacation. I wasn’t able to recover. Work was getting busy and the inconsistency of the weather didn’t help me with outdoor fitness activities since I’m not very fond of [hate] the gym.
In any event I’ve been able to stay un-fat by keeping passively active. Meaning choosing walking / biking over taking the train during the work week when distance and time allow.
I started my first wine crush last weekend so again no time for focused fitness.
Having said all that. Here is my daily summary coming it at a high 7k.
