Today was an awesome day for me to go Walking.
I tried something different today, since it was Hot inside I went out for a Walk,not just a slow walk but fast one.
Walking in high speed which is almost close to a Running initially.
I felt very happy, in fact I am feeling great. 
I like to go outside with my dog and my girlfriend: around the city there are a lot of parks where we usually spend a lot of time. Spring is amazing!!!!
