Today I woke excited to track my steps, measure my body fat and take my next step on my fitness journey.
I am confident and committed to fitness this time, excited and hopeful about where I can take myself with my renewed workout commitment.
So after rising I walked 1km to my bus and then ran 4km at lunch and walked again after work.
Now I am out with wifey, for her Christmas work party, #datenight. I am looking forward to dinner, adult conversation and dancing!

Yes for sure, i work out at lunch at my office, not on the weekends tho. Also when I'm at home on the weekend i don't need to walk to and from the bus either.
