My OCD is making me write this.
It's a Victa not a Victor. Made here in Oz when we used to have a manufacturing industry. If I had a dollar for ever swear word I've uttered trying to start one of those things over the years I'd be a rich man. Not to say there was anything wrong with the design, throw a cheap carby kit at one and it will start on the second or third pull every time.

Dang auto correct I fixed it now thanks mate. Mine start's first go👍. This mower has outlasted a few new mower's. I bought this one of a friend for $50 about 13 years ago. It must be getting close to some 40 years old now.
