My Actifit Report Card: July 21 2019

This has not been an active day since it's a Sunday, did some laundry and slept for long hours.

I did manage to move out in the evening to stretch out a bit!!

I am not someone who stays inactive for long hours.

Over 6000 steps is not bad at all and for the day I believe Sunday is actually a rest day for many.
