I do love summer! I had a full work day today, book-ended by walks. This is my #WednesdsyWalk post for @tattoodjsy’s weekly challenge.
First, I had an early morning errand, so I brought Zoey along and went to the dog park. We had a nice walk and I really enjoyed capturing the morning dew on the grass and flowers. We were back home by 7:30!
Then after work it was so beautiful so I took a second walk on the trails near my office.
As I was walking across this bridge, a convoy of teenagers floated by on rafts. We have had so much rain that all the creeks are high and great for floating or kayaking.
Finally at the end of the day, my husband and I went out to dinner. Since tomorrow is a holiday, it felt a bit like Friday night! We found a nice outdoor cafe, which are all swarmed this time of year. It was a lovely end to the day!

Thanks, @katrina-ariel! She is my buddy, and is the most sweet-natured dog I have ever met. A rain walk sounds amazing. Sometimes it is incredibly refreshing and energizing to get out in inclement weather. ❤️

Thanks, @hlezama. So great to hear from you. Yes, Zoey runs around crazy. Mostly she chases a ball or a stick when we are at the park. At home she runs after the squirrels in the backyard, but they are too fast for her!

Looking at all these walk posts I feel like going out as well... haha.. Must be nice to walk in a bunch of greens and natural stuff, it's not really common everywhere.

Yes, it’s very green here, @lilacse. Starting in mid-May until mid-September we will have lush growth. Then everything will turn autumn colors and then brown. And then it will snow. So we cherish our pleasant summer and the beautiful hiking and biking trails.
