Well it was another pathetic day for me. I logged a bit over 5,000 steps, which is only half of my daily goal. But at least it was more than yesterday... I was office-bound again for the day. When I got home from work I wanted to go for a walk down the beach, but unfortunately it was raining a cold drizzle all evening, so I decided to stay inside. My cousin @john.christensen and I were going to have a contest between eachother to see who can log the most steps on @actifit this week. I think I will need to do better than this if I want to win. Tomorrow I plan to visit a couple of big jobsites which will guarantee a better day. It’s cool how this app can motivate you to want to move around a bit more. Have a good night all!
