날이 흐려서 걸을 맛도 나지 않는군요.
날씨 가려가며 운동하는건 좋지않겠지만 습한날은 운동하기에 적합하지 않는것 같네요.
운동 쥐똥만큼하고와서 저녁밥을 거하게 먹어버려서 후회가 밀려오네요
저녁식사는 계란과 샐러드로 대신하려 구운계란도 두상자나 구입했건만 탄수화물의 유혹에 버티지 못했네요
