My Actifit Report Card: June 29 2019

First time using the Actifit app on my phone.

Supposedly my goal was to reach at least 5000 today by jogging in place for 30 minutes. However I only got around half(2500). T_T

I'm not sure how everyone does it, how they reaching over 10k when I am already running out of breath for my mere 2,500 lol

A part of me thinks though that I should have held my phone on my hand and exaggerate my movements so that it could count faster. Lol

        I'm aware that using the actifit app (and then publishing it on the Steem blockchain) gives potential rewards but I didn't know about that minimum activity count. Glad to know! Thank you very much again! :)
