My Actifit Report Card: January 21 2019

I took a day off from the gym yesterday (Sunday) I think it is important to give your body a day of so called rest. This is the start of week 2 of Splatts getting in the Gym. After just a week I have been able to complete my lifts a little easier that last week. Especially the 5 knee lifts followed by a pull-up. I can do a complete set of 3 without touching the ground.

Week 2 - Day 1

1/2 mile on elliptical Machine approx 5 min resistance 12
Leg press 90lbs 3x10
Pull-ups with 5 knee lifts 3x5
Seated row 90 lbs 3x10
Back extension 50 lbs 3x10
Leg curls 60lbs 3x10
Leg Extension 60lbs 3x10
Bench Press 135lbs 3x10
1/2 mile on Elliptical Machine approx 5 minutes resistance 12

I think I am going to basically stick with this routine for about a month then switch things up a bit. So far I am feeling really good and positive about what I am accomplishing.

Over 12.5k steps today!!!

It’s a gym strictly for employees and they family. This morning there was one other guy in there.

Yeah yeah i know ;). Was just curious if any of them use it. 😎

There are only 50 employees so you would have to be real lucky to hit the gym and someone else be in there. Lol
