Not so many steps today, but I did get in my first 20 second plank, so I am more than happy with my overall achievements today.
I'm also at the very beginning of cutting out gluten from my diet, to see what difference it makes to me. I'm hoping I'll notice more clarity of mind as well as some physical changes.
