Hey friends! So a co-worker got me to do a thirty day challenge with them. She's starting some new martial arts style workout program and gave me her P90X program. I started this morning and I love it so far. A lot balance, core, and muscle building sets. It incorporates yoga, dumbbells and the pull up bar. I felt great at work, but we'll see how soar I am tomorrow. :)
