Went for a run and a hike! I know for sure now the numbers aren’t currently accurate . My Fitbit says 23,000 steps so a HUGE difference!
The hike was amazing and I’ll be posting photos of that soon! I’m excited.
Note: I know my sleep amount is incredibly unhealthy. Sadly I sometimes have trouble sleeping.

Anything more than 15000 steps is good for a day. Doing it over a long course period is necessary to see any actual gains.
