Heute bin ich seit Langem endlich mal wieder zum Laufen gekommen. Es war zwar etwas kalt aber nach kurzer Zeit war ich ja „warm“ gelaufen. Mal sehen, ob ich nun wieder öfter zum Joggen 🏃‍♀️ komme 😊
