今天有一位外场兄弟的“最后一班岗”，他是位大学生，在暑假期间选择了服务行业到店里“体验学习”，也算是丰富自己的社会阅历，从而来“充实”自己。这位兄弟是抱着学习的心态，而不是想着自己是假期工就对工作怠慢，松懈，他每天在开班前会打倒的声音也能看出他的状态，他说过：“我可能只在每天的班前会上就发出这唯一的一次声音，所以我要很用心的做好”。说到这句话的时候我就在想他能想到这一点也表明他的心态！为了对他这一次“体验生涯”的结束，影哥也特意送他一个蹦K的水杯最为纪念，也是对他的这段时间表现的认可！
