It's another 21k day, second in a row, yay! πŸ‘πŸ˜ƒ

I don't really know why, but I like that first sentence to rhyme, 🎡😎

So I'm still high on sugar from the Halloween candy that is left over. I made a deal with myself that I would only take two Twix at a time. The Twix are downstairs and I'm upstairs, so every two Twix at least Burns off a round trip up and down a flight of stairs. πŸŽƒ

I've really been moving around to my music today. music always gets me moving but if you add sugar to my bloodstream it makes me even more hyper! So I'm going to see if I can add a picture of my dumbbells in here. Dumbbells are a compliment to barbells because you can use different amounts of weight in each arm with your dumbbells. I have several different weights and these are some of them.

Something about health that bothers me, SUGAR is needed after afyer a ling day of excercise, and you also need to burn down fat to reduce SUGAR for weight lost... 21k is cool,and even if you don't hit this spot,hope you'll keep it above average next time. Good job @kenny-crane
