Today I had to drive some octogenarians to meet some other octogenarians for dinner. The place they chose was 2 hours away. I enjoyed listening to them talk about things from their time, including music from people like Frank Sinatra.
This Town is a cool tune by Old Blue Eyes!
I also had to help them walk in the parking lot and get one lady from her wheelchair into her vehicle. Some of them were doing very well for their age but I'm afraid that I've seen one of them for the last time.
My Way is a sad but triumphant song by Frank Sinatra.
When I got home from sitting in the car all that time and then sitting in the restaurant all that time, I needed to move so I took a pretty good walk. That's what most of my activity was for today, besides a little moving around to some of my music.
