Busy day but just 5K!
I was very active today but it wasn't the kind of thing that moved my phone around that much apparently! I lifted some weights and I did some chin ups and push ups along with a lot of chores and community volunteerism.
I listen to a local oldies station sometimes when I'm in my car. I've heard Wipeout 3 or 4 times in the last week and that is a sure signal that summer is here. When they start playing surf music then it's time to get back in the water!
