My Actifit Report Card: July 1 2019 - Day of Rest

Just 7K on a day after water volleyball!

I didn't do much today because I was resting up after Water volleyball. I did take a walk and that's where I got most of my activity today.

I'm also nursing my right hand because I picked up a bug that was in the Water volleyball pool yesterday and it turned out to be a wasp that stung my middle finger. So today three out of five of my fingers are swollen and so is the upper part of my hand.

I was looking at my recommended videos on YouTube today and I found that baby metal has a new song that just came out. It already has hundreds of thousands of use! Check it out.

BABYMETAL - PA PA YA!! (feat. F.HERO) (OFFICIAL) - This is a little less intense than some of their earlier songs but if it's not your thing, you can mute the sound and enjoy the dancing!

Never heard of BabyMetal but I like it! That's sucks you got stung yesterday and now your hand is all swollen. Did it halt you volleyball or did the swelling up not happen until the next day? We went to the community pool the last 2 days, but no water volleyball dang it!
