Hello everyone, hope you've had a great week I'm just relaxing at home watching TV after a hard days work. I was in Colchester this morning doing work sorting my application for apprenticeships then I went to gym doing strength training, I worked every part of my body and I'm trying to tone up rather than get particularly bigger as I'm already reasonably big for my height.
I also walked around Colchester between places and on the way home from the gym.
What are you guys all doing at the moment?
