Hi friends and actifiters,

today, another hectic day, run, run and finish at the end of the day, I realize I've done 20% of what I planned at the start of the day ...

Minimum objective reached: 5,700 steps.

In this period it is impossible for me to do more ...
To take more steps I should put a Tapis Roulant under my desk 😅.

oggi altra giornata frenetica, corri di qua, corri di là ed arrivi a fine giornata che ti rendi conto di aver fatto il 20% di quello che a inizio giornata ti eri prefissato.
