My Actifit Report Card: January 30 2019

I'm trying out this new Actifit fitness tracker program. It seems pretty nice so far.

Today I walked the dog and rode my bike down to the park to play disc golf.

The program seems to track some activity when you are riding your bike. There's no option to show a disc golf activity however, so I put it under regular golf instead.

I'm thinking about delegating some steem power to this Actifit program but I'm going to play around a little to see how it works.

Today the weather was really nice and I was tempted to play 2 rounds of 9 hole disc golf, but my arm was a bit sore so I thought I better not. I scored 4 over par for the 9 hole course.

Update:

After checking out Actifit a bit more I decided to go ahead and delegate some steem power to the project. I noticed that they currently have a referral program too. Please check it out if it seems interesting to you:

Thank you. Yes, the weather was great this morning, it is clouding up a bit now so I got my exercise done at a nice time. The picture was customized a bit using Photoshop Express. I haven't seen a way to customize Actifit for adding a custom exercise, is there a way?

I like it so far too. I usually use Samsung Health which does a pretty good job of tracking different activities but I've noticed Actifit seems to be showing more steps for the same activities. Maybe bike rides aren't tracked as steps in Samsung Health, I'm not sure. I really like the fact that Actifit gives me an excuse to post more and it rewards that activity too. It is a good motivator for making lazy people move, or post, LOL.

The actifit app is a really nice fitness app to track our daily excercise and work outputs . It helps us to improve and maintain our physical excercise on a daily basis @lightsplasher

I had heard about it before and then I noticed you posting Actifit reports, so your the one that really got me interested in it. I tried to figure out how I could show you as a referral but wasn't able to do that and haven't looked into it enough yet to see if it was worth doing.

Thank you! I've really gotten into disc golf recently; I didn't think I could do it because of a few older injures. Walking around and throwing the disc doesn't seen to bother me that much and I have gradually managed to build up the ability to throw the disc backhand with my right arm. (At first I was throwing it forehand with my right arm and backhand with my left) It seems to me that older injuries can improve by taking things at the right pace.
