Proof of run photo. 😀 hehe.

I tried the 10K 2 days ago and it didnt work out too well. Hehe. Got some weird shoulder pain.
This time i was doing ok but didnt want to push myself too hard since the last time i did a 10K was almost a year ago. shame!😭
Sure, this is a bit shorter at 9.35 km but thats really the best route i have with the least traffic lights and least people to trip over.
Pretty happy with todays workout..
