I only realised yesterday that I'm fast becoming a peripatetic, anyone who knew me before actifit must think that I'm crazy now, what else would be the reason for walking long distances instead of getting on the bus like a normal person?
Everytime I'm on these long walks and the pain kicks in, I wonder if calories are really burning at the rate I want them to, or if I'm just punishing myself for fun, maybe I'll know soon enough. I've started seeing the changes in my body from the workout at the gym, and now I just want it more. Moses isn't talking to me again, and this time it's more irritating than the usual, I really don't want to ask what the problem is, but I'll have to, I'm the fucking good guy.
