Dear actifit,
The day was one of the most well-planned days in the month of november, and thankfully, everything went according to plan, with a few unplanned bonuses that in addition made it a really good day.
I'm making progress with the programmes at the gym, but I'm slacking in other cardio activities that came before the workout phase, things like running hasn't happened in about 3 weeks, and I feel bad about that. Also, I can't get myself to do simple abs workouts at home, and it's really bothersome. I plan to change things for the better, I'll try to fix everything into the now tight schedule, the preparation for the upcoming examinations do not make things easy, but I'll live.
Oh! The highlight of the day was the apology from Moses, that was long overdue.
