I've done another 5km this morning when I intentionally woke up 4:30am to train. It's been so long that I could only run non stop for 2km or so. It's hard but I guess it gets better over time? I remember my first marathon in Penang, it took me about 10km just to get in the groove. First 5km was grueling. Maybe it's a mental thing or my body need to adjust, but I've no time longer to train. There's work and kids to deal with.
