Had a day off walking on Sunday, after 10 straight days of 10k steps - then yesterday walked 10k, but couldn't post to Steem.
So today I post again, and another 10k steps - still just walking, but hope to step it up soon and start some "real" fitness exercises (not that walking isn't exercise, but you know what I mean).
