Desde comienzos de año me he trazado un proposito de mejorar mi estilo de vida y parte de esto implica movimiento y hábitos saludables; para ello nunca hay que parar de aprender y esta oportunidad toco aprender de la alimentación consciente en un taller de bio-ensaladas aderezos y mayonesas veganas.
