Hello actifitians!
Today's was as yesterday: a lot of work on my workplace and a lot of walking to!
I woke up a bit late and after have my breakfast and a quick bath, I did my #walk2work. Then worked a full time shift with an hour to lunch. In the end I achieved 34428 counts!

And on work to! I work as a waiter at a restaurant by the sea and the atlantic ocean in Viana do Castelo, Portugal, so you can imagine what distances I end up doing along the day. I don't consider myself an athlet by I sure do my walking and sweating!
