Just a typical day with lots of walking. Was still a little sore from the fall so no workout.

    I am. And so is the kid. I slipped and fell down the stairs with the kid last Monday. Kid didn't get hurt at all as I took the knocks. I guess my mommy instincts kicked in. But not too bad. Just a few cuts and bruises. Lucky break I guess!
