After my post yesterday, I wanted to see if I could go out today and push myself to get under that 10 minute time. I feel like I had a decent pace at the start, but i did end up walking more this time around. By the time I hit around 0.30 miles, my legs were already on fire a bit. I walked about another 0.45 miles after that which was around 9 minutes in. I tried running the last 0.25 and got about 0.20 in before I felt like I couldn't keep going.
With that, the next few days will be more general walking and resting days. I won't stop using actifit, but I don't plan on running for a day or two. Hopefully that also means I can get my steps back up as well since my walks last a lot longer than just going out and running for about 10 minutes.
