You know, I was kind of expecting my legs to feel worse than they do. Like a week or two ago when I only had rested for a single day before running and couldn't run for four days.
Honestly, my legs dont feel that bad, but that doesn't mean they're in running shape either right now. I'm just going to take it easy to Thursday.

I've seen you posting those and have been interested to try. I just know for certain I can't do that daily. A few years back I did 100 of each once and was feeling that for the next few days and haven't wanted to do it since.
I am trying to involve more workouts with my running, so we'll see what comes about with it.
