Ever since Sunday I've been a bit exhausted and haven't been posting because of that. Sunday afternoon I had gotten home and all was well to about 5pm. Around then I found myself dozing off for a couple minutes at a time. Once it was around 7 I was talking with one of my friends, fell asleep and didn't wake up till 9 the next morning.
I've been able to run off of 3-4 hours of sleep just fine, but I guess my body had other plans to catch up on it.
As for yesterday, I was just busy at work and on my feet all day. Not much has really been happening since the run on Saturday and I haven't ran since. I will be doing one tonight to get back into the rhythm.
