I have ZERO doubt that walking helps with stress. Today, one of my colleagues was out sick and I had to cover for him. I did not realize how many meetings this guy goes to within a day’s time. One meeting in particular was really stressful because of the lack of requirements for this project and everyone wanted to design the solution that was easiest for THEIR TEAM to implement. The project manager kept asking, “But what is the RIGHT WAY??”
I only had the time to do one lap around the bottom floor because of - yep, you guessed it - more meetings. But that one lap helped to calm me down and get me focused for the decisions needing to be made, and I was so grateful for it.

Tomorrow my goal is to get up earlier to get in a workout.
