Hello everyone hope you are doing well, it was a nice day but busy at office. During lunch break I went out to find to find energy and I get energy from the nature! There is a beautiful nursery close to my office and this is my source of energy. While I am at work I do like to visit the nursery and mostly at Friday. Today there were so man things at my head and I will was feeling like I want to get rid of everything so I rushed to the plant nursery and made myself cool to work rest of the day also take couple of my colleagues with me.
Beautiful day! It was not hot at all as winter is knocking the door. I found so many flowers blooming and found you Butterflies as well I do like capture butterflies and I did so I will post a new post under my blog cell phone photography.
I would like to share few here as well, as it was a part of my walking steps today.

All these flower trees are ready to sell and I can't take them with me as I need to go back to my work.
Don't keeping myself sad as they will be available in this winter and I'll able to collect them anytime soon.
I wish there are more trees around us and more and more flowers.
My walk was really worthy today! It brought me 5k easy steps around 20-30 minutes walking. Hope to do another 10k tomorrow as well. Take Care Everyone. Good Night.
Moving here and there and walking in the morning to the bus stop and coming home walking from bus stop always help me to get more steps.
Playing with kids was a part of the steps as usual. Done 10k + again and counting...
