My Actifit Report Card: July 12 2019

I am not impressed by the result today but it could be much worse. Being in the office all day long the longest walk was at lunch time when I took few shots of the flowers.

You know how much I love roses.

Later at night playing with cat before going to bed I add some more steps to the total count.

Tomorrow I intend to be more active. A friend of mine invited me to join an initiative organized in the center of the town, called Step by step. Basically it is to encourage people to be more actors by walking.

So, stay tuned for tomorrow's report.
