Taichi Report Card: October 10 2018

Today was a good day 😊 I started with a short aerobic workout, made a walk in the afternoon and ended the day with TaiChi (which really brings no steps)

    Uh blushing 😊... I always thing I look strange doing TaiChi as I haven’t the typical body proportions for this. But it’s really fun, a very dynamic style more like Kung fu 🥋
