Sometimes I fear I don’t get fit... The last two runs felt as if I have legs like lead and this although I have this new (and in my view funny) running leggings.
Not sure if my inflamed Achilles‘ tendon is the reason? But I have this problem (with inflammation) for I guess over 10 years... so not sure it’s the reason for my unfitness 🤔
