Hello Steemians, I want to talk about Actifit. Actifit is an app for your mobile device that rewards you for being active. For example, when you participate in different types of exercises, such as walking, aerobics, and jogging. Actifit records your physical activities. At the end of the day you post your accomplishments to your Steemit blog, using the app. Actifit rewards you with a fit token, which is one of the first smart media tokens to be launched on the Steem blockchain.
Fortunately, for the 27 million Fitbit users Actifit is now compatible with their Fitbit devices. This allows you to sync your activity data from your Fitbit, instead of having to carry your phone during your activity sessions. Actifit is now available for Android and Apple devices. Once you've installed Actifit and logged in using your Steemit account, you'll find that Actifit is simple to use. At the top of the main menu you will see today's total activity count. This is a record of the steps or movements you've taken today as you exercise. You will also see this number increase below.
There's also a post to Steem button. This is how you publish your daily activity report to Steemit. View track history lets you review your past daily activity records. The daily leaderboard shows you the Actifit users around the world, who have completed the most steps so far today. The settings button is where you can customize the app for your own specific needs. Actifit allows you to choose to donate a portion of your activity rewards to a charity of your choice. You can also choose to have Actifit remind you at a specific time to post your daily activity report to your Steemit blog.
Posting your daily activity results is very easy with Actifit. From the main menu press post to Steem. In the posting window enter your Steemit username and your private posting key (active). Also you need to write at least 30 words describing the activities you were engaged in throughout the day.
