I have a pretty sedentary life. I put on quite a bit of chubs over the last 3 years. Every time I start working out my body gives out on me. This time I'm hoping to stay strong and get back to my ideal 110 lbs weight. I have over 5k steps on my wearable tracker though. I don't have phone on me all the time. ^~^
It's rough getting back into the game, but it's going to do you a lot of good for your mind to help destress and your body is going to appreciate it too. Would be bestest if you can move your computer to the tredmil XD but I don't think your computer would appreciate it lol
